 I have had the absolute pleasure of having Kim working with us as our Coordinator... I could not be more impressed with her dedication to take all the stress out of all the organising and phone calls. Most of all her understanding of my daughters needs - she literally had listened to every word I had said in passing about daily issues and goals and had them all put in motion with the help we needed.

What really was amazing is Kim’s Psychosocial Recovery Coaching after a situation with my daughter’s mental health, one mention over phone of these things we had experienced, Kim was over to our house doing a session the next day! I had never seen my daughter so engaged and happy with Kims approach and understanding on how to deal with these issues, I truly felt we were blessed with Kim at that moment.

Kim had made immediate plans on making things move forward and my daughter has been told many things by professionals in the past but never any action was taken, so Kim's get in and do it approach was finally what we had needed.

Kim is helping me understand how the plan works and showing me links to many providers and plan managers so I can use my funding appropriately.

As a fairly new person to the NDIS, Kim really gives you the “easy breathing” you need to know you’ve picked the best person to get the most out of your NDIS plan. With my injury, amongst other things , my problem solving, patience and communication skills aren’t what they used to be. Heart Wing supports and Kim cover the mentioned issues I have with ease.

If I contact Kim by email or phone the reply is quick. Communication is always in a way I

understand, and that's very important thing. 

One of the most helpful things did for me after taking on the management of my plan was giving me a document that explained all the things that can help me with my NDIS, in SIMPLE terms. It sounds small, but for me that was a huge help. I’m sure that many people that are lucky enough to have Kim as their NDIS co-ordinator, would agree.

Being on the NDIS, in previous situations I’ve had dishonest, untrustworthy people that weren’t interested in helping me, using my funding as quickly as possible and giving me no help was more of priority.

After to switching to Heart wing supports, it was quick to see that I’d definitely made the right decision. I could continue commending Kim for the amazing efforts she has made for me to get the most out of my NDIS, but I’d rather finish by saying Heart Wing Supports and Kim have definitely been the best choice I’ve made.
