Welcome to my website! My name is Kim from Heart Wing Supports, and I am here to assist you on your NDIS journey. As a Psychosocial Recovery Coach and Support Coordinator, I provide the guidance you need to navigate your path effectively.
Hi, I’m Kim — the Founder of Heart Wing Supports.
I am a Senior Support Coordinator, Psychosocial Recovery Coach and proudly neurodivergent.
The name Heart Wing came to me at a turning point in my life.
While taking a holiday in Thailand, I was reflecting on my direction in the disability sector.
Lost in thought, a large black and blue butterfly landed close beside me.
One of its wings was torn, yet it still flew strongly and beautifully.
It reminded me of the people I support — and of the quiet strength, resilience, and dignity that can exist alongside challenge. That moment stayed with me, and it continues to shape how I show up in my work.
I bring over 20 years of experience in the Community Services sector, alongside lived experience of Autism and ADHD.
My work is grounded in compassion, honesty, and respect. I take what I do seriously — because the lives and stories I’m trusted with matter deeply.
I’m incredibly grateful to have recently welcomed two outstanding team members to Heart Wing.

Welcome to our new sparkly star of Support Coordination.
Shaani came into my life when I was the Support Coordinator for her daughter — together, we advocated fiercely to ensure her needs were truly seen and met.
Through that experience, I witnessed her strength, insight, and unwavering commitment first hand, and I knew I wanted to bring those qualities into this work. She also brings years of experience providing one-on-one support across the disability and aged care sectors, and I have no doubt she will be an exceptional Support Coordinator.
Would you like to Shaani to join you on your next chapter? Call me on 0421 530 716 to have a friendly chat!

Welcome to our new wise guru of Support Coordination.
I met Khasha through my voluntary work with
an ABI support group. Khasha was so passionate about helping people and impressed me by taking the initiative to design a thoughtful community connection project as part of his application for the role.
Khasha is a highly qualified and thoughtful professional, with a background in health sciences abroad and more recent experience within the disability sector here in Western Australia. He is deeply committed to improving people’s health, wellbeing, and quality of life, and I believe he will be a valuable asset to
the Heart Wing team.
